Please say an extremely big thank you to the amazing receptionist - unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Working on Wednesday 12th afternoon. Short blonde hair. I was having such an awful day and she was so kind and helpful to ensure I was seen even after being late for my original appointment. She really went the extra mile, I can't thank her enough!

The receptionists are always kind and efficient, Making every effort to accommodate me so I can see a GP in a timely manner based on my problem. As I have a long term spine issue, effecting mobility and leaving me in constant pain, I sometimes need to speak with GP quickly and they have never let me down. My GP, Richard Madavo is one of the best GPs I’ve experienced during my life. He is considerate, gives me the time and space to explain my issues and openly discuss options and next steps. I feel in safe hands with Riverside. We are so lucky to have such a great GP Practice with amazing people working there!

The booking was efficient and polite and I got my preferred appointment time/date. The appointment itself was excellent with plenty of time allocated.

Rang at 9.00 and got an appointment for 12.00 with Physician Associate. Thorough examination and clear discussion.

Running late so I had to wait 25 minutes with no indication of what was happening.
